Our business plan has been created around the Gourmet Seafood division, as the core business, catering to the premium end of the London Food service market.
Our product range is a well-balanced mix of both imported and locally sourced fish and shellfish and our journey from being a team of category specialists to setting up a food service operation is a story that knows no bounds.
With an eye for quality and a sense of adventure, our passion has taken us beyond the frontiers of England to create a portfolio of seafood from the exotic seafood markets of the Far East, from the extensive shrimp farms in South East Asia, and from the depths of the of the icy cold Antarctic seas.
Be it sustainable Sablefish from our MSC-accredited boats in Canada, King Crab from the artisanal fishery in the Murmansk region of Norway or pole and line caught Tuna from the Indian Ocean, we work very closely with our suppliers to create a commercially-viable supply chain regardless of distance, season or what it takes to bring it to the Chef’s Table. Equally, whether it is organically-farmed Scottish Salmon, Diver-caught Scallops or Fresh Catch from the day boats off the Cornish coast, our Wet fish division is committed to promote local catch and get as close to the source as possible.
On the consumer end of the value chain, our team of specialists work collaboratively with our customers by combining category knowledge, supply chain insights and food service trends to create a highly differentiated food service experience. The ‘Reach’ Team is also competent to offer innovative and cost-effective menu solutions, which is reinforced by a fresh take on sustainability.
