TECHNOCRATS is a manufacturer of Desilter Cones ( different types ) for Solids Control in oilfield drilling operation. Cones are manufactured by highly abrasion resistant Thermoplastic Polyurethane ( TPU ) material which give extensive service life even under in very critical field parameters. Field performance report of ONGC - India stated that our manufactured 4" Desilter Cones given service life more than 1400 HOURS to their drilling site in India. Other Drilling companies, both in government and private sectors, stated in their "product performance certificate" on our manufactured Desilter Cones, performing excellently. Apart form that, Long Shelf-Life is another key feature of Desilter Cones manufactured by us. We also manufacture Pipeline Pigs for pipeline cleaning, Batching and in totality for the purpose of utility pigging. Spare parts of Pipeline Pigs are also covered within our manufacturing range. Nature of manufacturing: We only manufacture Polymer ( Plastic ) based products for different industrial engineering sectors along with allied metal parts if required.
