The team of Cascade Consultants was initially formed in June 2005 as the Human Resources unit performing comprehensive HR functions for the Cascade Group
In March 2008 after implementation of numerous successful HR projects, the HR unit grew into a separate business – Cascade Consultants. It was actually established in response to customer demand for western oriented HR consultancy services.
On June 11, 2009, the General Director of Cascade Consultants acquired the company, due to which Cascade Consultants became a self-supporting company.
