Simsea is one of Norway's largest maritime simulator centres. We provide courses, training and modelling services, all aimed at reducing cost and risk for operators, ship owners and officers. Our simulators are DNV Class A offshore bridges, navigational- and DP bridges, engine room, crane, ROV and shift supervisor.
We offer a range of training possibilities for personnel in segments like rig, shuttle tanker, subsea, PSV, anchor handling and navigation. Our portfolio ranges from standardized courses to custom-made training, including modelling. Our standard courses include Rig Operation, Offshore Loading, BRM, ERM, ECDIS, DP (Nautical Institute and DNV DPO Specialization) and High Voltage.
With our integrated subsea simulator bridge, crane, ROV and shift supervisor can complete dry runs of complex maritime operations. An auditorium function were project personnel can observe the operation live is also included, giving opportunity to a wide range of functions. The components of the integration can also be operated separately.
Our focus is to ensure a good learning experience for our participants. We do this by using realistic environments, relevant exercises and by employing skilled lecturers/instructors with maritime experience.
We are constantly developing our simulators and portfolio and are always looking for instructors with experience and a desire to pass on their knowledge.
