Quality assurance and control system: We use an advanced controlling system to provide our customers with full transparency and to bridge over the geographic distance. We use an Internet-based biometric fingertip identification working hours control, web-based project management tools, audio/visual communication and on-going Skype attendance of each of our employees. In addition, we assign a local Customer Manager as a contact person for the customer, to define the work specifications and support as required. Engineers Skills & recruitment process: All our employees are graduated engineers. We recruit them through a unique process which is conducted jointly by Israeli and local representatives. In addition to the standard recruitment process, all the candidates participate in a training course led by top level Israeli instructors, and we hire the best engineers from the course.
