We currently have 17 drilling rigs in Colombia and Ecuador operated by fully qualified personnel under the direction of a management team equipped with extensive international experience working in the industry. Tuscany is a privately held company supported by a group of investors based in the United States specializing in business development dependent upon human capital and resources committed to further developing the petroleum industry in Latin America.
