Marin Housing Authority's main objective is to provide affordable housing for low- and moderate-income residents. MHA is empowered to undertake all activities necessary to accomplish this public purpose, including acquiring property, developing housing, issuing tax-exempt bonds, entering into mortgages, trust indentures, leases, condemning property, borrowing money, accepting grants, and managing property.
