Headquarter of our company is located at Bengaluru, Karnataka (India). We are the leading manufacturer, importer and exporter of Laboratory Chemical, Chemical Compound and many more. We have brought forward these offerings to meet the variegated requirements of our customers. We exports our products to China, Malaysia and UAE . We imports 50% of our products from Belgium, Japan and China. Manufacturing facility: This is an integrated facility in an area of 5000 sq ft. it comprises of glass lined reactors (l0 m capacity’). Stainless steel reactors ((14m’ capacity) ably supported with heat exchangers, receivers, Addition flasks etc. Utilities: Our manufacturing is supported by 2.5 ton bio boiler and 600 lit diesel fired boiler, 120 TR chilling plant, Steam ejectors, water vacuum pump, Cooling tower and Generator for backup power. Drying Equipments: Vacuum Tray Drier (3 no’s), Normal tray drier ( I no’s), Powder processing facility is supported by milling and sieving equipment. Pilot plant: Pilot plant comprises of all glass assemblies of various capacity (2O lit and 50 lit). Total installed capacity is (240 lit). This plant can handle high and low temperature reactions and high vacuum distillations. Production Staff : Comprises of three supervisors, operators (6 nos) and semi skilled workers (30 nos) R & D: We have a well equipped R & D Facility for developmental and commercialization R & D is guided by Scientists PhD degree and staff comprises of people with Masters degree. The average experience in R & D is 10 years ; R & D can develop complex process technologies and then commercialize them. A new R & D block id under completion to accommodate contract research work. Analytical facility : The facility comprise of HPLC (2 Units), Gas Chromatograph (3 units), IR moisture balance, Refract meter, Viscosity measurement facility, Karl Fischer, Melting point apparatus and potentiometric titrator. Guided by experts in Industry. Dynarx strength : We specialize in the synthesis of iodine based compounds. Apart from this we also specialize in the synthesis and manufacture fluorine compound viz. Trific anhydride etc. we are capable of handling corrosive reactions and also reaction under dry conditions. We are conscious of the welfare of the staff and their safety.
