Our firm originates and leads human resources practices and objectives that provide an employee-oriented, high performance culture that emphasizes empowerment, quality, productivity and standards, goal attainment, and the recruitment and ongoing development of a superior workforce. The firm was initially focused on providing human resource services to brokers on the trading floors of the Chicago Mercantile Exchange and the Board of Trade. Since then, Marketstaff has expanded its services to include firms with an employee base from 2 to 500.
