The Basque Country Mobility and Logistics Cluster, MLC ITS Euskadi, is a private non-profit association. Its aim is to enhance the competitiveness of its partners in logistics and supply chain infrastructure and mobility of both people and goods. Clusters are “geographically close groups of companies and partner agencies belonging to a particular field of activity linked by common elements and complementarities”, Michael F. Porter.
