The company represents a regional size shopping center and is one of the largest in Caucasus region. It is organizing trade activities for several tenants by renting commercial ares and providing different services. There are located more than 5000 shopping units on the territory (22 hectares) owned by Ltd Lilo Mall. Ltd Lilo Mall formerly Elsavako was founded in the year of 1991. It was the first commercial center in Georgia which received an official permission from government to conduct commercial activity. Strategic location, wide range of products presented, affordable prices, both wholesale and retail trade availability have become the competitive advantage of the commercial center and contributed to its success. For many years Lilo Mall was the major supplier not only for the regions of Georgia, but also for other countries in Caucasus.
