The Dulwich Estate manages over 1500 acres of South London, maintaining and developing the character and vibrant neighbourhoods unique to Dulwich, and generating income for charitable purposes through commercial and residential lettings.
We enable educational opportunities and support students at seven outstanding schools. We provide sheltered homes for the elderly in Dulwich, and a place of worship in the local community. We also believe in creating an outstanding living and working environment which can be enjoyed by all.
We provide funding for a range of educational support, including means-tested bursaries, to:
• Alleyn’s School
• Central Foundation Boys’ School
• Central Foundation Girls’ School
• Dulwich College
• James Allen’s Girls’ School (JAGS)
• St Saviour’s and St Olave’s Girls School
• St Olave’s Grammar School
We also support The Dulwich Almshouse Charity and Christ's Chapel of God's Gift at Dulwich.
Our portfolio includes residential and commercial property in Dulwich Village, West Dulwich and Herne Hill.
