Africa Talent by Deloitte is joint venture between the Deloitte Africa and Deloitte Netherlands Risk Advisory (Deloitte NL) member firms, with the ambition to support other member firms over time. Africa Talent currently provides remote support to Deloitte Netherlands (Deloitte NL), allowing professionals to gain international experience, without having to leave their country, allowing global development within the comfort of their home. Africa Talent is a true encapsulation of hybrid work, with professionals required to work from their local Deloitte office for a portion of the work week. Building a distinctive culture is important to us, and regular interactions with the broader team in the office and at social events ensures that we continue to grow our culture.
