Flathead Lutheran Bible Camp is an outdoor ministry located in Lakeside, MT. Annually, we connect with thousands of people through summer camping programs, year-round retreats, community outreach, environmental education, and much more. Since 1943, FLBC has been a hospitality centered ministry, with a goal of sharing God's love with all through kindness and service. Our mission statement is "to experience Christ's grace through meaningful relationships, shared adventures, and purposeful service." Every summer, FLBC hires a team of young adults to serve in a variety of capacities at camp. Support staff, counselors, program leaders, and wilderness guides alike grow in leadership abilities, form long-lasting relationships with guests and one another, and gain skills that help them in their careers long after their time at camp.
