Le Québec maritime was founded in 1997 by five tourism associations who wanted to promote their regions to markets outside Québec. These regions are: Tourisme Gaspésie, Tourisme Bas-Saint-Laurent, Tourisme Îles de la Madeleine, Tourisme Côte-Nord - Manicouagan and Tourisme Duplessis. United by the sea and a common maritime tradition, our five regions offer a multitude of tourist activities and services. Our marketing activities are made possible thanks to the financial participation and involvement of various partners, namely: Canada Economic development, Parks Canada, Tourisme Québec and SEPAQ. We are also affiliated with nearly 200 local organizations.
