The position requires great communication skills, attention to detail, and customer service skills. Must be proficient in Excel. The ideal candidate will possess the ability to work in a team environment, effectively meet deadlines, and communicate effectively with management and staff. Tasks Include: •Monthly billing and reporting •Collections and A/R •Vendor close-out and follow-up •Vendor invoice processing and reconciliation •New project/client setup •Project budget and client payment reconciliations Requirements: Must know formatting and basic formulas. Intermediate level Excel is highly desirable (sum product, sum if, if, lookups, tables).
