Loison believes in its roots and history. This heritage is symbolized by the Loison Museum which originates from a private collection, the fruit of love for the world of pastry making and for all the memorabilia related to it.
Loison Museum and the adjacent Conference Hall is now the scene of several educative session concerning the most different matters (economics – marketing – pastry…). Consequently, the audience is always different.
