A station is more than a transfer site. It is a vital part of the city, a dynamic meeting place where a large number of people and activities come together. We assist the Belgian Railway Company and its partners with the optimal development of their mobility and transport nodes, combining stations design and ‘rail estate’ development into sustainable projects. Our activities: • Architecture: designing state of the art (station) buildings supplemented with parking facilities and pleasant public spaces. • Engineering: using the outstanding expertise of civil and MEP engineering, special techniques and environmental assessments. • Construction: monitoring the construction bidding process, assuring the technical and financial follow up of the construction site and handling the site supervision and safety coordination. • Project Management: counseling the process in a structured way of translating the wishes and needs of our strategic partners into a feasible project with a clear phasing and financial plan.
