We have a clear ambition to engage all Queenslanders in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics). We seek to ensure those who might otherwise miss out on opportunities to engage with science are encouraged and included. Our target audiences: ◊ Primary and secondary schools ◊ Young Australians ◊ Women in STEM ◊ First Nations people ◊ Regional and remote communities Since 2017, more than half of our National Science Week grant activity took place in regional areas.
