The mission of the Hector and Gloria López Foundation is to provide post-secondary educational opportunities for Latino students in Texas, specifically students from El Paso, Austin, San Antonio, South Texas, and the Rio Grande Valley. We invest in scholarships and supports for students who are Latino, will be the first in their family to graduate from college or university and are financially under-resourced in their ability to pay for higher education.
