Overview With generations of experience and knowledge Direct Maintenance and Renovations was established in the early 90s during the start of a recession to service ICI clientele. Co-founder Frank Cecchetto had a vision to create a construction company that would withstand a market slow down by providing unmatched value, reliability and quality service in both the renovation and maintenance service sectors. In 1995, Direct Construction was successfully created to handle larger projects to fulfill client needs with the utmost integrity, at which time Direct Maintenance and Renovations continued to operate as a division of Direct Construction Company Limited. We are proud of our unparalleled staff which continues to provide an on-going commitment which has lead to our success. We continue to provide the same service and commitment to all our clients in the industrial, retail, institutional and residential sectors.
