Our team of clinical professionals are trained to handle almost anything, from a simple mishap to complex medical issues, including severe cognitive impairment. And to give residents the comfort of not having to constantly adjust to new caregivers all the time, we schedule a preferred care partner to the same group of residents every day that he or she works. On their days off, the same person covers their group. This helps create a deep understanding of each resident’s needs and wants, inspires confidence and forms an invaluable bond of trust and caring.
