Writer Jonathan Gottschall once said, “We are, as a species, addicted to story. Even when the body goes to sleep, the mind stays up all night, telling itself stories.”
I love that quote.
I bring over 40 years of television production experience to my storytelling. And now uncoupled (retired) from the working world where I taught television production at the Newhouse School and managed the student TV station at Syracuse University, I have set my sites on getting back to my roots: telling stories with my camera. I have a special interest in telling the stories of the people and organizations here in Central New York whose voices need to be heard.
Sir Winston Churchill once said “We make a living by what we get. We make a life by what we give.”
My camera gear is state of the art. My time is mine now. My passion for the power of story is what I live to do.
I'm ready to give, let's go tell a story.
