The Children's Services Council of Broward County is a special government created by the voters of Broward County in September, 2000 to provide leadership, advocacy and resources necessary to enhance children's lives and empower them to become responsible, productive adults. The Children’s Services Council of Broward County funds more than 100 programs that serve the children and families of Broward County.
The Children's Services Council of Broward is proud to serve as the Backbone Agency for the Broward Children's Strategic Plan. It connects our community with its resources to improve the lives of children and families by bridging together government, non-profits and private sectors with the community by collectively sharing resources, accountability, and data.
