INVESTMENT CRITERIA We seek to invest in high quality companies in South East Asia either by way of buyout or growth capital that meet the following criteria: - Companies led by high calibre entrepreneurs or strong management team - Core sector focus in Consumer, Technology, Industrial and Financial Services - Enterprise value of between US$10 million to US$100 million - Distinctive products or services that thrive in South East Asian markets
