The Group comprises a holding company VJ Salomone Ltd and a number of wholly owned subsidiaries: VJ Salomone Consumer Lines, VJ Salomone Marketing, VJ Salomone Pharma, VJS Amplecare, Salomone Aura, Pharmasal and SG Solutions. The Group’s core operation consists in importation and distribution with the main business range being fast moving consumer goods, healthcare, cosmetics & fragrances and information technology. Besides its wholesale operation, the Group owns and operates a number of retail outlets including pharmacies and iCentres which retail Apple and Dell products. While VJ Salomone has grown and diversified over the years, it has remained a strongly-knit family-run business.
