Hide is the result of a collaboration between the owners of Hedonism Wines and Chef Ollie Dabbous. The restaurant opened in April 2018 to critical acclaim, less than six months after opening Hide was awarded a Michelin Star in the 2019 UK Michelin Guide.

Spread over three floors, two light-filled dining rooms are set around a breath-taking central staircase and enjoy tranquil views over Green Park
Serving breakfast, lunch & dinner, a sizeable a la carte menu
showcases the very best seasonal offerings, largely sourced from a close network
of small farmers & suppliers from across the UK. A tasting menu with matching wine flights is also available on both floors.
Everything is made in-house wherever possible: from charcuterie & bread to jams,
juices and pickles.

Hide Below is the basement bar, where diners and drinkers alike can enjoy a classic cocktail or contemporary creation.
Our relationship with Hedonism wines is one that allows us to showcase in excess of 6,000 references on a digital wine list, all available for purchase and consumption within the restaurant. Truly one of the most extensive wine offerings in the UK.
