The first, 770 Somerset Street (in 2018), will offer 112 rental luxury apartments for all ages, it will be located in the heart of Chinatown and only a few minutes walk to Lebreton Flat, LTR station, Little Italy and the parliament of Ottawa. The second, Merivale Road (in 2018/2019), consisting of 2 phases for a total count of 400 units, it will be a new retirement living complex.
