Founded in 2002, the Fondazione Pro Musica e Arte Sacra is a non-profit organization that promotes sacred music and art: its objective is to promote and preserve the performance of sacred music and art at the highest level. Following the motto “L’arte salva l’Arte”, every year the Fondazione organises the “Festival Internazionale di Musica e Arte Sacra” that aims to raise donations for the renewal of important artworks; through the years indeed the Fondazione has funded many artworks restoration such as the Ciborium of the Basilica of St. Paul Outside the Wall or the south and west elevation of the Basilica of St. Peter.
