Dare to be Vulnerable is a social impact not-for-profit driven project focused on sharing our mental health stories. Our mission is to break the silence, bust the stigma, remove shame, and save lives. The DTBV Project provides a safe haven for a courageous conversation to hatch and take flight. A place where those that dare to be vulnerable talk openly about their mental health challenges without fear of judgment and without shame.
