The Muncie Family YMCA mission and core values of caring, honesty, respect and responsibility are demonstrated by our staff and implemented in all of our programs. While they come from the Christian heritage on which the YMCA was founded, we believe they are still very important today in the development of the whole person — spirit, mind and body. The emphasis we place on these values distinguishes the YMCA from other public and private clubs and programs.
