Makepeace Company, based in Wareham, MA, is the world's largest cranberry grower, the largest private property owner in Massachusetts, and a recognized leader in environmentally responsible real estate development and land stewardship. We are a grower-owner of the Ocean Spray cooperative. We are building Rosebrook Business Park and Rosebrook Place in Wareham, and Redbrook, an innovative mixed-use development in Plymouth, and we recently acquired Read Custom Soils, the Canton, MA-based producer of specialty soils.
