The "Anjos & Associados – SROC, Lda" was formed in 1993, following its founders’ individual names activity, which began in 1989. We are registered in the List of Statutory Auditors Companies (registration no. 112) and in the Auditors’ Securities Market Commission Registration - CMVM (registration no. 0161431). In order to carry out diligently our professional activity, we adopt the technical standards and guidelines related to the type of services to be provided, including those issued at national level, by the Portuguese Institute of Statutory Auditors (OROC) and at the international level, by the International Federation of Accountants (IFAC). Monthly, we prepare and distribute by the customers a newsletter that gives a brief discussion of the most relevant legislative changes related to business activity.
