Commercially, having built up strong relationships with other consultants, agents and planners after 20 years of experience, we can deliver complex projects from initial sketches to completion, on budget and programme, that understand current market trends. We can also provide professional planning consultancy to clients and developers at the front end of projects to maximise the creative and logistical potential of all sites. We have experience in working with listed buildings and buildings within conservation areas and have a proven track record of gaining planning permissions on difficult sites. Our clients include private residential, residential developers, cultural institutions, as well as forward-thinking commercial clients, including Stanhope, F&C Reit, Tesco Pension Fund and Low Carbon Workplace.
