Celebrating the spirit of Australian Democracy and the power of your voice within it.
Housed in one of Australia’s most iconic buildings, the Museum of Australian Democracy (MoAD) at Old Parliament House plays a significant role in exploring and communicating the intrinsic value of democracy – the capacity for people to govern their own lives and have their say.
Through the lens of living democracy, we are building a community through exhibitions, talks, festivals, artists, celebrations, tours, films, concerts and memorials.
The Museum of Australian Democracy at Old Parliament House is a Corporate Commonwealth Entity within the Department of Communications and the Arts.
