Mission: To improve the health and quality of life of the individuals and communities in South Lake County.
South Lake Hospital is a community hospital dedicated to a patient-centered continuum of care that gives peace of mind from diagnosis through recovery. The facilities, advanced treatments and procedures and highly qualified staff make South Lake Hospital an exceptional health care institution. As a non-profit, the hospital is committed to a partnership with the South Lake community that focuses on health, wellness and education.
South Lake Hospital was founded in 1947 to provide quality healthcare services and promote healthy lifestyles to this community. Over the next six decades, we’ve continually expanded our services and community outreach to better serve South Lake residents.
Today we’ve grown to be a cornerstone of the South Lake community.
