Damansara Holdings Berhad (DBhd) is an investment holding company that was incorporated in 1960 and was listed in the Main Board of Bursa Malaysia in 1973. The company is involved in three major business segments; property and land development (PLD), integrated facilities management (IFM), and project management and consultancy (PMC) services. These diversified services are operated through DBhd's subsidiaries which include TMR Urusharta (M) Sdn Bhd (TMR), Metro Parking (M) Sdn Bhd (MPM), HC Duraclean Sdn Bhd (HCD), Damansara PMC Services Sdn Bhd (DPMC) and the DBhd's property arms; Damansara Realty (Pahang) Sdn Bhd and Damansara Realty (Johor) Sdn Bhd (Damansara Properties). To date, DBhd has spread its presence across Philippines and Singapore.
