StoreSmart constructs, and operates class A self storage facilities throughout the southeastern US. The Company is actively involved in all aspects of site selection, entitlements, planning and execution of construction as well as mangement of the finished facilties. In addition to ground up construction, StoreSmart is actively involved in retrofitting vacant "big boxes" for use as storage facilities.
