Learning Exchange provides a full range of educational assistance services and benefits to non-public school students and educators through the Elementary and Secondary Education Act (ESEA), as reauthorized by the Every Student Succeeds Act (ESSA) of 2015. The objective of Title IA, IIA and IIIA services and the primary goal of Learning Exchange is to help children gain the knowledge and skills necessary to meet challenging academic content, as well as reach student academic and social achievement standards that set them on the right path for future successes.
