SIAM MARINA’s nouvelle cuisine features the delectable dishes of Thailand and Vietnam with French influences throughout. All are lovingly enhanced for an American palate by Chef Pham’s wizardry with sauces and seasonings. The restaurant is renowned for its bountiful martini and cocktail menu, featuring countless original creations, and for its extensive list of fine wines and imported beers.
The restaurant is also known for featuring major jazz ensembles twice a month, wine pairing dinners, martini and wine tastings, and other unique food and beverage experiences in its Arts and Education of the Libation series.
