OUR VISION 1. Offer a platform for networking, connecting, sharing opportunities, gaining insights, learning and collaborating. Empowering the individual through the group and the group though the individual. 2. Bring diversity to the Web3 space: we are a group of experts, a voice of expertise, bringing new perspectives into the Web3 space. Attracting women talent to the space, pushing for more women on stage, increasing the visibility of women, creating role models, working with organizations who see the value in building their businesses with diversity and inclusion. 3. Become ambassadors of Switzerland as a favored destination to set up a Web3 business: pushing the Swiss brand, becoming one of the important faces of Switzerland within the international Web3 community. OUR MISSION 1. Educate the wider world about all topics of Web3. 2. Offer a pool of capable women speakers for conferences/panels, and collaborate with other groups in Web3, Tech, Finance spaces.  3. Represent the Swiss brand and get support from Swiss organizations & lobby groups. Represent Switzerland in international events as a group of experts in the field.
