OVERVIEW | Chikara Wellness Foundation is a movement of caring individuals and professionals from across the social and cultural spectrum giving back to those lesser through humanitarian based projects and initiatives, primarily in rural areas. MISSION | To develop and provide humanitarian and ICT services which will alleviate the impact of poverty by building self-sustainable, economically viable employment initiatives to fortify those with restraints, thereby helping address and solve various social disparities throughout South Africa. With a special focus on advocating the needs of children, youth and senior citizens of the community, our aim is to uplift the needy in the aggressive fight against Hunger, Educational Challenges, Social Disparity, and Poverty; and to aid those who simply wish for a warm meal, shelter or to reach for a modest dream. VISION | To create and build numerous self-sustaining initiatives through education and resources, to uplift impoverished and underprivileged communities, thus creating a strong, ethical and holistic future which will provide a gateway and means to a more enriched, better life and living for generations to come, while combating the daily struggles of anguish, poverty, adversity, hunger and hardship.
