The new national golf tourism marketing inititative brings all corners of Scotland together for the first time, with an integrated approach that showcases the outstanding experiences offered to golfers staying close to home or travelling from overseas. In addition to promoting Scotland's world-class golf products, our knowledge and experience in golf tourism will assist many areas of Scotland that have until now received little support and advice to grow their golf tourism product. Our support will help to extend the economic benefits of golf tourism throughout the country We will build on the legacy from the successful staging of major events such as The Open, the Ryder Cup and Solheim Cup and help businesses develop innovative new ideas to inspire men, women, seniors and families to stay and play golf in Scotland.
