Urban Balance is a counseling group practice with over 100 therapists working from 16 locations throughout Chicagoland, St. Louis, Denver, Dallas, Sugar Land and Louisville. UB provides therapy and counseling for individuals, couples, families and groups dealing with issues related to mental health, addiction, relationships, career and wellness. UB makes therapy accessible and affordable by accepting most insurance and having an internal billing department.
