ASSET MANAGEMENT
We have developed market leading software to provide live management data to inform clients on estate strategy, manage lease breaks, condition surveys, projects, space allocation and budgeting. The system can accommodate multiple data sources and produce bespoke reports for a variety of applications. With expert knowledge in resolving lease, rental and charging issues with landlords, NHS or private, the team at QTS can manage your estate effectively.
