Founded in 1936, the Fairfield Country Day School is a private, independent school serving boys in Fairfield County in grades Kindergarten through nine. Throughout its history, Fairfield Country Day has maintained its commitment to academic excellence by providing progressive resources that have evolved with the needs of the students. The school is fully accredited by the State of Connecticut through the Connecticut Association of Independent Schools (CAIS). Country Day is also a member of the National Association of Independent Schools, the Fairchester Independent Schools, and the International Coalition of Boys’ Schools.
