Pharmalys is a global contract research organisation and a pioneer in Sub-Saharan Africa. We specialise in human health research, including clinical research, epidemiological research, interventional and observational studies. We build and deliver capacity building programs to support with the strengthening of ethical and regulatory bodies for clinical trials in regions where expertise is inadequate.
Set up almost 15 years ago in the UK (London, 2008), Pharmalys has since expanded its services into the Sub-Saharan regions with Operational Headquarters based in Dakar, Senegal (2012).
In 10 years operating in Africa, we have (1) expanded our geographic reach while strengthening our European operations, (2) served customers from internationally renowned academic institutions, biotech, and pharmaceutical companies to international public organisations. So to speak, public or commercial, small, medium, or large stakeholders.
Our success comes from (1) our high professional standards and quality of work, (2) our field expertise and knowledge of the African health environment, (3) our competent, multicultural, and dedicated team, and (4) our flexibility and ability to meet the high demands of international health research.
Our ambition is to “Count Africa In” in the field of Clinical Research. To reach our goal, we constantly keep up to date with process improvements involving innovative technologies. Our electronic platform (1) strengthens our operations and increases data reliability; (2) enables us to reach the most remote research sites and participants; and (3) gives our partners and customers instant and global access to their research data and documents.
We are proud to participate in life-changing health research projects with global impact.
