P3A is one of the largest architectural firms in Saskatchewan. We are an established, Regina-based company with almost 70 years of design excellence. P3A is committed to innovative design and making a meaningful difference to communities, the environment, and the practice of architecture. The firm is owned by four managing Partners/Principals: James Youck, Patrick Kelly, Wyatt Eckert, and Chris Roszell. Jocelyn Tanner, Associate, rounds out the Senior Management Team. Our design staff consists of Architects, Interior Designers and Architectural Technologists. Other areas where we have capacity include IT, Communications, Administration, Finance, and Contract Administration. Each staff member brings a unique perspective and set of skills that guide and influence the firm’s work. The foundation of our accomplishments is based on our inclusive approach, expertise in managing, leading, and coordinating projects, and in assembling the right team to fit the project. Whether we are Team Lead or working as a sub-consultant, we act in the best interest of the client, the team, and the project. P3A’s integrated design process involves working with the client to identify core values and priorities, and in bringing together all team members to work towards fulfilling the objectives of the project. Our management style focuses on communication and mentorship. We work in an integrated manner whereby staff are encouraged to share ideas and participate.
