Founded in 1996, Calon Cymru, formerly Pathway Care Fostering, is one of the leading independent agencies in South and West Wales, in terms of the number of children and young people we look after, the quality of care we provide for looked after children, and the service we offer our foster carers. We have an excellent long-standing relationship with our local authority partners, and a proven reputation of providing foster child and foster carer focused services. We have a growing presence in South and West Wales, with offices in both Cardiff and Carmarthen. We’re frequently told that our carers choose us, and stay with us, because they feel involved in the running of our agency, and we always ensure they have a voice. Our local teams of social workers and support workers ensure that we’re always there for each and every one of our carers.
