Bespoke Mixology Art is a business initiative of Adriana Chia and Alfredo Pernía. The relationship of Adriana and Alfredo is something that began to be forged with the entry of Adriana to the Solange team in February 2016. That was the year Adriana took off and also Solange. Adriana was proclaimed winner of World Class in Spain and Top Ten World and Solange and her team were recognized as best cocktail in Spain and 90 in the prestigious list of The World 50 Best Bars. The work and the budget that supposes maintaining, invigorating and internationalizing a business of the characteristics of Solange, is hardly sustainable by a single business unit. Communication, photography, design and preparation of menus, trips, meetings, clothing ... besides that, delivery times, quality of the material, are difficult to control with outsourced services. Fruit of a need, they decided to create Bespoke Mixology Art and bring together the best human team of artists and experts in different specialties and provide Solange and other possible clients with the best services in terms of consulting, R & D, marketing and communication. . At Bespoke Mixology Art we offer comprehensive consulting and advisory services for hotels and hotel projects, in everything related to the bar and drinks. What do we mean by integral? We can get involved from the genesis of the project. From the creation of the concept, design of facilities, choice of machinery, creation and design of beverage menus, selection and training of work teams, image management and communication ... and we can continue with the relationship indefinitely , becoming even managers and / or partners of the project.
